Job Description: 
Roles & Responsibilities: 
Draft and negotiate the contracts needed to carry out the projects. Make ensuring that corporate rules and legal requirements are followed. Organize connections with suppliers and other pertinent parties. Coordinate property inspections and appraisals Resolve disputes and conflicts related to contracts Review and approve project invoices and payments Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations Prepare reports and presentations for senior management Keep an eye on project costs and schedules to meet project goals. 
Ideal Candidate Profile: 
A track record of successfully designing and carrying out contracts with major contractors in the UAE and elsewhere strong negotiating abilities; monitoring and managing contractors in accordance with the terms of the signed contract; maintaining connections with a wide range of service and material suppliers in the UAE and elsewhere Possessing a background in reporting to promoters and senior management Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering & a master's in Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations involving the job profile Ability to work in changing environment ten or more years of experience managing contracts in the real estate industry Speaking English and other languages fluently is advantageous.
